A portrait of Kathy Fletcher, whole person coach specializing in coaching after traumatic events and grief.

I am a certified Whole Person Coach (body, mind and spirit), specializing in all that a joyful life has to offer following major loss, grief and traumatic events.

I include my expertise and certification in holistic health and wellness, as well as strategies to live life more mindfully. Prior to establishing my coaching practice, I enjoyed a fulfilling decades-long career in professional fundraising, nonprofit leadership, major event planning and teaching.

Who do I work with?

My coaching primarily focuses on high-achieving women over 40 who have experienced major loss, trauma, and are healing through grief. I am sought out as she becomes curious about her new life beyond grief. She is eager to discover a renewed life of happiness and newfound adventures.

“When you recognize that you will thrive not in spite of your losses and sorrows, but because of them, that you would not have chosen the things that happened in your life, but you are grateful for them, that you will hold the empty bowls eternally in your hands, but you also have the capacity to fill them? The word for that is healing.”
