Major Loss, Grief and Trauma

You will never again be who you once were because of what you have been through.

Life “before” feels foreign now and may have you questioning your former life choices and “what next.” And, because you will never be the person you were before this nightmare happened to you, you are coming into a whole new version of yourself.

Experiencing major loss and traumatic events in our lives changes us at a cellular level. Not only does this include the death of a loved one, but also divorce or breakup of a primary relationship, personal or family illness, loss of financial means, career or job loss, addiction issues, family estrangement and many more.
