As a Coach, I work with clients to identify current roadblocks and behaviors, to unlock their highest potential; through exploration, discovery, action and reflection. As a trauma informed coach, I am trained to recognize and understand the presence of past trauma in a client’s present-day experience, including loss and the grief surrounding it.

THERAPISTS focus on why certain behavioral patterns occur, and work to heal trauma from the past.

COACHES focus on the future, and how to help the client achieve life goals, of which the answers are within the client.

  • There is nothing more satisfying than to feel confidence that you are navigating your true path. You’re on your feet again and feeling certain of your new direction in life. You are no longer pretending to be someone you no longer are. You will value your own thoughts and opinions, rather than others’ ideas for you. Life becomes more meaningful and easier to steer. Getting up and out of bed in the morning is no longer a chore, because you have clarity of your purpose in life.
